Physical activity not only keeps the body strong and healthy but the skin too. All that heavy exertion actually cleanses the system which helps to get rid of acne in the long run.
Stress Reduction
Stress causes acne. A little acne never hurt anybody but a lot of stress shows its effect on the skin. Watch something funny on TV on days when you are stressed or think about the best things in your life. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
