Look In Love

When a person is in love, the effect can be magical. Not only on the emotional sensibilities of the person, but on the skin too. There is an ever lasting glow that can be to die for. But what happens to all those hapless girls who are not in love. Some might just not want the burden of being in a relationship. That too can drain the glow off a person. But it is possible to fake being in love. Here are two looks for the day and for the night for any woman who wants to look in love without actually having to commit herself to any other person.

For the daytime look, start by using the most natural shade of blush possible. Apply it only on the apples of the cheeks were you would normally blush. Dust it on very lightly and do not forget to blend it well. The best thing to do is to apply e blush before actually applying the foundation. This is the reverse of the normal make up application technique. The foundation on top will blend the blush and spread it giving radiant skin. If your skin tone is really light, your blusher should be light too. If your skin is dark, the blusher should get darker too. Use a foundation that is sheer and apply it only on parts of the face where the skin looks uneven. Do not paint your entire face with it as will not look natural. Use a water based foundation if you have oily skin and a moisturising one if your skin is dry.

You can look bright-eyed without using a lot of eye make up. Use an eye shadow that is sheer. Use only warm shades like browns as this will enhance your natural shape. Stick with brown mascara instead of black. For even brighter eyes, line the inner part of the lower lash line with a white eye pencil. For dewy lips that look kissable use a lip balm to prep them before he colour goes on. Define them with a pencil and fill in with a light pink gloss. Pinks are good for fair skins, rose or nude for medium tones and bronze shades for olive tones. Top it with a clear gloss for even more effect.

For the night time look, start with a foundation that is sheer. Top it with a light translucent powder. Use a little concealer on dark circles and other problem spots. For a little more coverage, mix some foundation that is a little darker than your skin with some moisturiser for a look that is not too heavy. Use a big and fluffy brush to brush some natural shade of blusher onto the apples of the cheeks. Use a dark brown shade of eye shadow instead of liquid eyeliner and smudge it for a romantic eye look. Curl eyelashes and top it with two coats of black mascara. Use a lip stain in red to finish off your look. Smile!
