Juice Fasting

This cleanses your body of all toxins and gives you clearer skin from within. You need to prepare your own juice at home though with fresh vegetables and fruits to get all the benefits. Oatmeal

The nutrients found in oatmeal have calming properties on the skin. Cook some oatmeal and apply. Leave it on for five to ten minutes and wash it off with luke warm water. Uncooked oatmeal is perfect for exfoliation instead of store bought scrubs.

Almond Oil

This is a great substitute for heavy moisturisers that can irritate the skin causing even more acne. It is actually pretty light on the skin contrary to popular belief making it perfect for oily skin.

Exercise

Physical activity not only keeps the body strong and healthy but the skin too. All that heavy exertion actually cleanses the system which helps to get rid of acne in the long run.

Stress Reduction

Stress causes acne. A little acne never hurt anybody but a lot of stress shows its effect on the skin. Watch something funny on TV on days when you are stressed or think about the best things in your life. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Always stay positive and see the difference it not only makes to you personality but to your skin too. Count your blessings.
